Content Migration

Xopus offers migration of XML content. We convert your XML structure to suit any new, existing, or personal standard.

If you have a specific standard for your XML that wouldn't work well with Xopus it is always possible to still use your XML, but convert it before editing, and convert it again after editing. This allows for complete customization of the user interface in spite of XML that doesn't always allow this.

Information Architecture

You have information which you want to use in several different ways. Studying how this content is to be used provides a structure and architecture for this information. Information can then be designed to best facilitate these different uses.

Thus we assist you in setting up the structure of your content. We define your content in XSD (Schema) and this will best suit Xopus. We take into account the overal structure to get a clear idea, your types of content to set and maintain a usable structure, the re-usability and more.

Xsl design

XSL is used within Xopus to draw the views on the XML. It is our pleasure think about how you want to be editing and looking at your content. We assist in the design and development of user interfaces that assist users in creating the content that you want.

Xopus supports the creation of customized user interfaces for specific types of content through its use of XSL to display the XML and its API to create custom editing options and extensions on existing ones.

Interface development

We develop user interfaces and parts thereof for editing content. Editing can be a troublesome effort if the interface for editing is difficult, cumbersome, unintelligible, or downright hopeless. That is why we like to look at and think about both the user and the content to see what would suit the user best in editing that content.

What is the best way to edit a time, a date, a list of things, a techical specification, legal document? What is user-friendly when you are working with complex structured content? Do you want you users to be thinking about where they are supposed to write the description of the document they have just created, or would you like Xopus to define this for your user and have them just input the content in the right spot?

We assist you with all of these subjects so that Xopus may be used best, and we suit Xopus to the best of your needs.

Xopus Integration

Last but not least we integrate Xopus into Asset and/or Content Management Systems, repositories, and other systems in which you want to edit XML.

With Xopus you can choose to make the entire XML document editable, but Xopus also supports content component management for editing.
