Spellchecker ignore list

I wondered what is happening when you click 'ignore for ..word..' using the spellchecker. Is this information saved locally for every single user? and how? cookie?

It is saved in 'userData' in IE. Which is like a hidden cookie kind of thing, so it is indeed saved locally. We have plans for more extensive use of dictionaries and user-dictionaries to accommodate people's preferences and specific words.
